Transferral of Consciousness into Another Reality

Do you ever ask yourself, 'why have I come to be born into this life, in this body, with this mind'? At the very root of you is your 'consciousness'; the fact that you wake.

This hypothetical system is best considered using the provided definitions, as opposed to commonly established terminology. As well as this, the examples I use may not be completely related and accurate. Even so, I ask you to plead ignorance just this one time.

Definitions

Consciousness

The state of being 'awake', such as lobotomy patients or plants be.

Reality

The Circumstances, Identity, and Mind you occupy.

Stage 1: Circumstance

these are the conditions in which you exist in. e.g. tingtang gang hong lu. he is still hong lu, just living in different circumstances. I haven't read LotM but this is assuming as if when Zhou Mingrui 'transmigrated' into Klein Moretti, he came to exist in the circumstances of Klein, and he was perceived by everyone to be Klein, with both his and Klein's memories.

Stage 3: Complete Replacement of Mind

This is the final stage. The only thing that remains the same as you is the fact that the one who is experiencing being 'awake' is you. It is as if you were to be born into the complete 'reality' of another. You will know nothing of the past you once had.
