Hire an Emotional Lawyer

This is my response to this page from this guide from this website. For some reason, this really connects with me, and I like considering the 'rights' raised in the passage. You don't have to agree with my interpretation, or anything I say at all, but this is just my personal appreciative piece for whatever this is. If, however, you will allow me to indulge and explore my morals and values, I suggest you start with The right to do harm.

The right to feel

...is limitless and unjustified. Emotions are integral to the human consciousness. This nature-bound 'gift/curse' is yours to feel against opposing will, and it will likely remain with you until mental incapacitation. For this reason, why should one be so insistent to repress and sever their humanity? Feelings include happiness, misery, love, envy, discouragement, anger, anticipation and of course-

The right to hate

This feeling is specifically mentioned for some reason but i personally classify it to the same regard as all others. IMO, it is only that hatred leads far more easily into hurt of other individuals, that it should be given any semblance of special regard above all other feelings.

The right to do harm...

...as long as it hurts within your reign. I take this as rather to emphasise the limits of your scope in which you may do harm. It is very rare that harm can be completely avoided, but it is of one's responsibility to take all measures to reasonably avoid what could be interpreted as harm.

The right to your court

• You are the victim,
• You are the judge,
• You are the jury.
